Rutgers remains average, but its postseason chances skyrocketed after Minnesota win

Rutgers halted a four-game losing streak — and likely saved its season in the process — Saturday, pulling out a 26-19 win over Minnesota that put the Scarlet Knights back above .500 and provided plenty of hope for their final three games.
While the win did very little to move the needle from a rankings perspective, ESPN has a quantitative figure for what the win meant.
